Discovery

We conduct a thorough discovery session to assess your individual situation and skill level. We ask a lot of questions to identify specific gaps and formulate your learning goals. Based on what we uncover, we create a customized preparation plan, providing a blueprint to guide your preparation efforts.
Phase 2
Building skills
(7-10 days)
We send you a prioritized list of questions and frameworks to prepare according to your individual plan. We provide guides and reference materials to help you craft answers for the most common interview questions. We offer multiple rounds of reviews for behavioral stories, providing actionable feedback to help you elevate your strengths and successes. After we’ve built that foundation, we move on to…
Phase 3
Practice
(2 weeks)
We go through a series of coach-led 1-on-1 practice sessions - the “rubber hits the road” moment! Your dedicated coach conducts mock interviews to simulate a real-life interviewing experience at your target company. You get direct and actionable feedback in short cycles to refine the content as well as the delivery of your interview responses.
