Our mission is to help talented product managers prepare for their job interviews in the most effective ways - ways that land them the offer they're hoping for!
Kirill Osipenko
Founder, Interview Coach
Kirill has a unique background having built software products with teams of up to 30 people and coached over 40 product managers. He has learned a lot during his 20 years in technology and consulting, and now he is growing Coacheery to share those lessons and help product professionals navigate their careers.
Kirill’s expertise lies at the intersection of the following three areas:
Product management - Kirill has led large engineering teams and built successful software products for global consulting companies like Accenture and McKinsey & Co.
Career coaching - Kirill has served as an MBA admissions consultant for Admissionado and Aringo, helping his clients prepare applications to the top 10 MBA programs and navigate their post-MBA careers.
Storytelling - Kirill has attended a Filmmaking & Producing Program at the New York Film Academy, where he studied storytelling and scriptwriting fundamentals. He now leverages those skills to help clients shape their stories and articulate the best version of themselves!
Early in his career, Kirill explored a variety of roles: product marketing at a large cellular operator, digital advertising at Sony Pictures and Disney, and management consulting at Accenture. After getting his MBA at Chicago Booth in 2012, Kirill started working on his technology start-up, reviving a talent marketplace idea that he and his partner once pitched in a business school competition.
This was a pivotal moment and since then, Kirill has been pursuing a career in product management. In parallel, Kirill worked as an admissions consultant, helping his clients craft their stories for MBA applications. Driven by the ambition to build on his storytelling foundation and offer mentorship to aspiring product managers, Kirill found his passion in interview coaching.
Following this passion, Kirill founded Coacheery to help fellow product managers master interviewing skills and advance their careers. Kirill offers his expertise in product management and almost 20 years in the technology industry to Coacheery clients so that they can get the job they always dreamed of!
